The Great Perfection (Dzogchen) is one of the most supreme practices in Tibetan Buddhism. The honorable Tsoknyi Rinpoche will impart the essence of Subtle Body through his 20+ years of experience, helping practitioners overcome obstacles in their practice and move towards a state of inner clarity.
This retreat will begin with recognizing and adjustment of the subtle body, assisting participants in confronting their emotions, alleviating inner tension and confusion, and calming the constantly evolving thoughts. Only by establishing such a foundation can one smoothly enter the experience of the mind of the Great Perfection (Dzogchen), and understand the natural essence of non-arising, non-abiding, and non-ceasing.

Trekchö II – Advanced Dzogchen Retreat
24th – 26th December 2025
Cutting Through (Trekchö) is one of the main practices in the Dzogchen tradition. After recognizing rigpa and glimpsing the innate awareness in ” Trekchö I,” one must still receive continuous oral instructions from the master. Trekchö II requires participants to have a certain level of practical experience. Based on this foundation, we will further explore rigpa – we delve deeper into realizing, differentiating and sustaining rigpa.
Rinpoche will clarify common misunderstandings and doubts regarding the practice of the nature of the mind. For example, he will address practical issues such as overcoming obstacles in practices, differentiating between true and false rigpa, how we can recognize rigpa again when distracted, and dealing when afflictions, and so forth. This Trekchö II retreat enables us to “maintain and stabilize this recognition” of primordial awareness, enabling it to emerge naturally and continuously.
